1. Acceptance of Terms

By utilizing the professional truck and SUV washing services provided by Sixape, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our washing facilities and related services.

2. Service Description

Sixape specializes in providing professional washing services specifically designed for trucks, SUVs, and other large vehicles. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Exterior washing and detailing for trucks and SUVs
• Undercarriage cleaning and degreasing
• Wheel and tire cleaning services
• Interior cleaning and vacuuming (where applicable)
• Specialized cleaning for commercial fleet vehicles

Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and operational capacity. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle that may pose safety concerns or damage to our equipment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of Sixape, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Vehicle Preparation: Remove all loose items, antennas, and accessories that may be damaged during the washing process
• Pre-existing Damage: Inform our staff of any pre-existing damage, loose parts, or mechanical issues before service begins
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate contact and vehicle information when scheduling appointments
• Payment: Ensure timely payment for all services rendered according to our posted rates
• Compliance: Follow all posted safety instructions and staff directions while on our premises

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our professional washing services are displayed at our facility and on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made for commercial accounts.

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, and debit cards. For fleet and commercial customers, we offer invoicing options subject to credit approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Sixape takes utmost care in providing professional washing services, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles, including paint defects, rust, or mechanical issues
• Damage to loose, cracked, or improperly installed accessories or parts
• Items left inside vehicles during the washing process
• Damage caused by hidden defects or weaknesses in the vehicle structure
• Water intrusion in vehicles with pre-existing seal or weatherstripping issues

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify our management immediately so we can address your concerns and attempt to remedy the situation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and maintain customer information including contact details and vehicle information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications to Terms

Sixape reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or display at our facility. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
